But you can be as creative as you like! J

Did you know that ONE MILLION TONNES of excess rubbish is produced during Christmas time in the US alone???? So if you choose to wrap your present, we encourage using recyclable or biodegradable wrapping paper in order to preserve our environment. Another suggestion is to use brown paper (also known as butchers paper) to wrap your present. You can purchase this at your local Coles Supermarket.

THE FINISHING TOUCH...write onto a piece of paper or sticker, whether your present is for a Boy/Girl and their appropriate age or if it is for a Mum/Dad/Grandpa/Grandma. Attach this to your present and you have just made one family very happy over Christmas time.

Are we taking other donations?

Yes! If you would like to donate non-perishable items (i.e. cans of food) or clothes you may not wear anymore, we will happily distribute these appropriately. We cannot accept monetary donations for this appeal but if you would like to do this, please contact the Salvation Army directly.
