We are so excited about our upcoming Mid-Year Show on Sunday the 21st of June at Woodville Town Hall. This is one of our favourite days of the year, as we celebrate what all our wonderful students have learnt over the past semester. For this performance, we don’t require costuming, students will wear their usual class uniform.

We have four showcases, so please check below which show you/your child is involved in. They may be
involved in more than one show. Please note, the following classes are NOT included in the Mid-Year Showcase: Dance Fit, All Acro classes, Intermediate and Advanced Heels, Industry

ARRIVAL TIMES
Arrival time for students is 45 minutes prior to their show time. Students will need to arrive in their ACPA
Uniform ready to perform on stage.
MID YEAR SHOW TICKETS
Tickets for each show will go on sale Monday 4th of May at 9:00am – The Link will be released via band.
VOLUNTEERS
As always, our large-scale performances would not be possible without the assistance of our volunteers. If
you would like to volunteer your time, please email Andi via info@acpa.com.au.
Please note: All volunteers need a current working with children clearance and will get to watch their
child/ren perform on stage.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What happens if my child is included in multiple showcases?
Students in both showcase 2 + 3 can stay at the venue between shows. We ask that all other students are
collected at the end of their showcase and return 45 minutes prior to their next show time. Further details
to be provided closer to.
Can I collect my child during the showcase?
No – All showcases are a lock in event to enable our volunteers and staff to maintain safety for all students
