Our Open Heels Dance Class is designed exclusively for adults. Learn to strut, pose, balance and move confidently in heels through structured foundations and drill work. 

Each fortnight you’ll master a fresh routine set to iconic tracks across pop, hip‑hop, burlesque, commercial and tease styles. Suitable for those starting out with our beginners sessions right through to pro-level dancers in our advanced performance class. 

Our Industry class has been crafted for intermediate to advanced dancers. In fortnightly rotations of hip hop and commercial choreography, you’ll master pro‑level routines, sharpen your stage presence and expand your artistic versatility. 

Open to ex‑dancers and anyone wanting to add industry‑standard training to their schedule, this Adelaide‑based program delivers the authentic rehearsal‑room experience you need to stand out in auditions and on stage.

Shake off the stress and jump into our Dance Fit Class for busy mums and dads-an uplifting, one‑hour, full‑body workout that fuses easy‑to‑follow dance moves with cardio intervals, strength and core drills, and a playlist of 70s, 80s, 90s and today’s hits.
