Our Adult Heels Dance Class is exclusively for ages 18 and over. No stage experience? No problem -this class is built around fun, accessible training that takes you from your very first strut to advanced routines you’ll love showing off. We have 3 different levels available to suit your needs.

Each session blends:
– Foundational Progressions Across the Floor – Warm up with guided footwork and body‑alignment drills that lay the groundwork for every heel‑strong move.
– Draws on Barre Work – Borrowed from ballet technique, our barre sequences target calves, quads, glutes and core, giving you the stability to balance in heels.
– Varied Routine Content – Spice things up as you learn sultry, full‑body choreography on a fortnightly basis. Sometimes you’ll use fun props such as chairs, barres or staging to create your next hit routine. 

Routines are set to iconic tracks spanning pop, hip‑hop, burlesque, commercial and tease genres. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced mover, our progressive structure ensures you’ll:
– Master strutting, posing and balance techniques that translate to any shoe with a heel
– Develop lean muscle tone and core strength for all‑over conditioning
