At ACPA, our Jazz Troupes are designed to further develop the performance skillset of each individual student involved, to then come together and deliver a high quality, in sync routine.

We focus on the development of Jazz technique whilst also working on strength, conditioning and flexibility. Students who join our troupes are asked to also participate in Ballet classes, as we believe this is an imperative component of their growth.

Jazz Troupes compete at state competitions including, Get the Beat, SASDS, and Evolution Dance Competition.

We have the following troupe age groups:

– 6 and Under
– 8 and Under
– 10 and Under
– 12 and Under
– 15 and Under
– Open Age

Auditions for our Jazz Troupes are held annually.
