ACPA Mid-year showcase

We are excited about our upcoming ACPA Mid-Year Show which will be held this term at Westminster College on Sunday 2^nd July! This is one of our favourite days of the year, as the Showcase allows students to demonstrate what they have learnt over the past semester in a casual environment. No costumes, no props, just their routines.

ARRIVAL TIMES

Arrival time for students to the Mid-Year Showcase is 45 minutes prior to show time. Students will need to arrive in their ACPA Uniform ready to perform on stage. (See website for uniform info under ‘News’ tab)
Students will be signed in via a QR code at the check in tent, which will be located on the left hand side of the auditorium.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens if my child is included in multiple showcases?
We ask that students included in multiple showcases stay at the venue in between shows. Parents are welcome to drop off food however as the time allocated in between shows may change it’s easier they remain in the venue supervised by ACPA staff & volunteers.

Can I collect my child during the showcase?
We work hard to create a safe but also fair environment for all performers therefore, no student can leave the venue until the showcase is completed.
